About Us We are a small family owned Cafe featuring Gelato, Panini (made with Boar's Head meat and cheese), Soup, Salad, Gourmet Cakes and Junior's Famous Cheesecake, as well as homemade cookies, coffee and other drinks. We opened our doors June 1, 2007. We offer free wi-fi for our customers and also host a movie night every Friday at 7:00 p.m.
 We named our cafe after James (Ceasar) Skinner, Pat's father. He was a very special person who made many laugh and smile. We are sure the Blood Orange sorbet would have been Ceasar's favorite flavor in the gelato/sorbet case.
| Company history Sweet Caesar's is owned by Pat & Rhonda Skinner. Their children, Nick and Kyli, can also be seen behind the counter helping out. The family moved to Prescott in 2005 to live closer to family in Phoenix.
